Store bought pâté can taste bland and quite obviously from the grocery which is why making your own tuna pâté is simply a no brainer.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 170 grams tuna (drained)
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1 clove of diced garlic
  • 30 ml cream cheese
  • 1 ml Tabasco sauce
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • fresh black pepper
  • 30 ml melted butter

Method
 

  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients together
  2. Scoop the mixture into a small serving bowl
  3. Pour the melted butter over the mixture
  4. Place in a freezer for 10 minutes before serving
